Your LBA Executive Committee
Thanks go out to the members of the Executive Committee for their continued efforts to promote the LBA and support the Membership. All elected representatives must be members in good standing and show interest in serving for the benefit of the LBA. Feel free to contact these Members with any questions you may have. They really look forward to hearing from you!

Precedents from the President
This has been a year of fantastic firsts for the LBA! In this newsletter you will read about new enterprises undertaken by the LBA with the support and participation of the greater Lansdale community. There are seemingly countless opportunities for the LBA to develop and engage in meaningful projects for our town. I look forward to pursuing all available avenues for growth by working in cooperation with Borough Council and its Economic Development Committee, the PennSuburban Chamber, the First Fridays Committee, and, most of all, you.
I am thrilled with the renewed interest in the LBA, and our work, that we have seen over the past year. The momentum created by the Fall events and the promise, and eventual success, of the Gala, really got the attention of current, former and potential members. Not only are perspectives of the LBA changing, but the appearance of our town is undergoing a transformation as well. The upgrades to the streetscape and the re-introduction of the LBA Garden will go a long way to building confidence and traffic for businesses and residents, alike.
What a terrific jumping-off point for a focused Membership Drive! It is my true intention to show others the many benefits of LBA Membership. I feel that every business should be a part of the LBA and take an active role in making Lansdale a better place to live and work. Over the summer, we plan to increase membership of TEAM LBA by developing incentive programs to attract more businesses. After you finish learning about all of the fantastic firsts that have already happened, I think you will appreciate that when I hear someone say, “we can’t do that!”, I have only one simple question for them, “why not?”
